Welcome to my homemade Jams and Jelly's!
I made jams already back in Germany in my early twenties. I loved giving them to friends, co-workers and family. There are so many flavors one hardly can find in a regular store like for example Kiwi, Mango, Rhubarb+Strawberry, Elderberry, Red Current, Gooseberry and Pineapple. It also bothered me that the sugar content of most store brands is rather high compared to the fruit part and there are sometimes other additives I prefer not to have in my families jams.
As my children became older I took this hobby back up.
My jams are 3 part fruit to 1 part sugar or no sugar at all.
The newest creation is to layer Jam. Curious what that is, check out the sub menu.
