Kohlrabi Salad
(serves 4)
Ingredients:
Peel kolrabi and apples and shred. Add all the other ingredients on top and stir. Done!
Will last in fridge for a couple of days. The look of the apples changes due to oxidation, but it tastes just fine, if you do not mind the look.

PS. You may eat your Kolrabi just as is, cut like a french fry and use any dip you like.

- 4 Kolrabi (medium size, if small use more)
- 2 Apples
- low fat yoghurt about 5 oz
- pinch of salt, pepper
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1/2 tsp. mustard (medium hot)
- dill (optional)
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
